The greatest philosopher of the West may well have been Alvin Boyd Kuhn.

Today his works have mysteriously disappeared, although his greatest work “Lost Light” was universally published.

“Lost Light”, as well as “Shadow of the Third Century” by Kuhn demonstrate an incredible insight into what the ancient world really was like. The “Lost Light” was published in 1940.

Two years before the publication of “Shadow of the Third Century” (1949), some manuscripts from ancient Christians known as Gnostics were found. After much haggling and political turmoil these were finally published in 1987. This was, alas, 24 years after the death of Kuhn.

The manuscripts discovered at Nag Hammadi [buried by the Gnostic Christians in the 4th century to protect them from the destruction of the Roman Christians] had in fact already been written about. Kuhn knew a little about the Gnostics from the Christians writing about them. He filled in the blanks and totally refuted today’s religious beliefs.

The Church is certainly not pushing the Gnostic material, these hold the truth to what St. Paul actually thought and also the truth about many of the Christian traditions already presumed by Kuhn long before they were published.

There is a very simple reason why we do not find this greatest of American philosopher’s books at the local bookstore. The Church will pull its books from the publisher/bookstore if they find any of Kuhn’s writings, so no one dares publish them.

The Judeo/Christian doctrines have been soundly refuted by great minds of the past. They are continually being refuted by archeologists and historians combing the Near East for clues, most often clues which justify the beliefs of the Christian/Israelite belief system. It is all to no avail. The real history of the ancients has been revealed instead and the true motif and origin of the Biblical traditions have been revealed.

Most experts agree that “people need something to believe in” so they leave well enough alone.

As is so often, the crime is in not thinking the situation through. There is no original sin! Man is inherently good, honest, and ethical. Any religion which teaches that man is a sinner or of an inferior nature is in error. Such a statement is in fact an abomination; it is an insult to the real God. This book is all about who we really are. Much material comes from the original Christians who existed prior to the Roman Emperor Constantine. Here is revealed why it has been so difficult to create a harmoneous society where ethics and morals prevail. Our greatest crime may actually have been not to question enough and blindly follow where we should have been opening our eyes.
